Leanne McCarthy
Leanne has lived experience of mental health challenges, both personally and with members of her family. The calm and balance she has experienced in her everyday life since starting regular yoga and meditation practice has been remarkable. This inspired her to complete her Yoga Teacher Training so she could share the benefits and assist others facing the same challenges.
Leanne’s Yoga classes are gentle, inclusive and focus on creating a safe welcoming space for those living with mental health issues. She has also completed her Mental Health First Aid course.


Geraldine Coren
Geraldine has been a student of Yoga since 1996 and has been teaching since 2000. As a Yoga Therapist, she has worked with students with diverse mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, bipolar and agoraphobia. She also has an interest in neurodivergence including ADHD and Autism.
Geraldine runs her own Yoga practice, Purusa School of Yoga, and is teaching the Tranquility and Flow classes alongside Leanne
